• Download Reshade and open reshade setup.exe 
• select game \COD MW2 Remastered\MW2CR.exe
• select Directx 3D10/11/12
• select all effect packages and download
• after that download presentmw2.zip and extract mw2.ini to \COD MW2 Remastered folder
• open game and press home
• select mw2.ini from top menu
• enjoy
