Rap Albums on The Billboard Charts

Tyler the creator is the number one selling rapper this week with his new album, Goblin. I am not going to front, iGoblin (Deluxe Edition) [Explicit] don't know the guy, so i cannot tell you anything about him. I just know i have been seeing his name pop up on many hiphop websites lately, but i thought he was a comedian or something...i never thought he was a rapper. I guess i will have to buy his album this weekend and see what he is about. I almost forgot, his album sold 46,000 copies in its first week in stores.
Hot Sauce Committee Part Two [Explicit]
Beastie Boys, the legendary all white rap group come in next. Their new album, Hot Sauce Committee part 2 sold 42,000 copies this week, bringing the total so far to 170,000.

Whiz Khalifa is still on the way to GOLD status; his Rolling Papers album sold 16,000 copies this week, and is now at a total of 387,000 copies sold.

Eminem has popped back into the charts with his Recovery album. I don't know what caused the re-entry but he sold 10,000 copies this week, and is now at a total of 3,853,000. I knew this album would go 4 times platinum (4 million sold), and that is just in the U.S alone; worldwide, it has sold in excess of 6 million copies.

Lil Wayne is still selling his EP, I Am Not A Human Being, which moved 5,700 this week, and brings the total now to 877,000. Jim Jones sold 2,500 copies of his Capo album this week, and is now at 45,000 copies sold.
