Kanye West's support of President Donald Trump left people scratching their heads, but nothing compared to when he — wait for it — said slavery was a choice.
"When you hear about slavery for 400 years… For 400 years? That sounds like a choice."
Needless to say, many fans, friends and fellow celebrities are not happy with the rapper at the moment, but Justin Bieber wants everyone to know that he still supports Yeezy.
The 24-year-old singer wrote in an Instagram story, "Our job is to love not to always agree! Love you Kanye!
wait, didn't Justin just unfollowed Kanye on here yesterday? pic.twitter.com/pjaaddecbY

While The Biebs did not say he agrees with Kanye's thoughts, he obviously still felt the need to defend the 40-year-old. That being said, #justinbieberisoverparty started trending worldwide pretty soon after he posted the story.
