Aretha Franklin's son is jailed for 93 days after DUI arrest which happened just weeks after soul icon's death

Aretha Franklin's son was busted for drinking and driving in the weeks following the death of the soul icon.
Kecalf Cunningham, Aretha's youngest son, is currently serving time in jail for the offense which happened on October 27 2018.
Aretha died two months prior, aged 76, on August 16 after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. The Blast reports that Kecalf, 48, had a court appearance in December and was given the maximum sentence of 93 days in jail after pleading guilty to operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
He is due to be released February 26. Aretha had Kecalf with her road manager, Ken Cunningham in 1970.
Kecalf is a Christian rapper who performed on stage with his mother several times and Aretha also acted as his business manager when he started his career.
Meanwhile, there is also an ongoing investigation by the Bloomfield Township Police Department in Michigan over some missing property from Aretha's estate.
